New Marvel Universe Movie on Disney + today

It's about karate chopping and the ten circles of crime, I think, and it's called Shang Zsun, or Shanghai... pretty sure it had a Shang somewhere in the title.  But  I saw the trailer only once and that's all I seem to remember.  I know the ten whatevers goes back to the very first movie of the current Marvel Universe, because the ten rings or gangs were the weapons dealing network in Ironman.  Some I assume that the new Marvel movies are still connected.  Next I will watch the Eternals whenever that is on HBOMax or Disney +.  I expect to rather enjoy both Shang Whatever and Eternals just as I have every movie in the Marvel Disney Owned Universe.
